A native grass that grows well in a wetland, wet prairie or riparian environment. It is a bunchgrass that will tolerate total inundation for months and grow vigorously as water recedes. It will also tolerate some alkalinity. This seed is a must for most wetland restoration. It is a good wetland grass to plant when trying to discourage reed canary grass from taking over.

Planting Instructions: Use general ground prep method (click here).

Can be planted in the fall or early spring.
