Red Clover is a short-lived perennial legume that is often grown as a cover crop to improve soil fertility. The plants are great for deer browse. Plant by itself or mixed with Small Burnet. In the Pacific Northwest it will stay green all winter. It creates good nesting cover for upland birds.

In the spring drill 2-4 lbs per acre about 1/4" deep. Roll if possible.
